Confidential Income Survey – Public Education![]()
The Village of Delta is seeking grant funds through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program to make necessary infrastructure improvements. The Village needs a minimum required response from the 400 randomly selected residential addresses in the Village of Delta Public Utility service area to meet the participation requirements, and for the survey to be considered complete. Your participation in this confidential income survey is imperative; without this information, we cannot apply for the grant funds.![]()
Due to the lack of participation during the 2020 US Census the current State of Ohio Median Income has the Village of Delta listed as making $13,414 over the State Median. With recorded income values that inflated our community over the median, this disqualifies the Village for ANY Grant Funding.![]()
With the increased regulations being enforced by government agencies, the failing infrastructures, and increased price to operate those entities, it is extremely important to accumulate close to accurate data for the Village – collected locally using this process versus the data curated by the Federal Government via the US Census. Please help the Village potentially recapture some of your hard-earned tax dollars by cooperating in this income survey effort, so we can find out if we qualify for Federal funding. These dollars have already been appropriated at the Federal level, why shouldn’t it be Delta that receives them?![]()
We are asking those who receive the form to complete and submit in the envelope provided. ALL THE INFORMATION GATHERED WILL BE HELD IN STRICTEST CONFIDENCE AND NOT USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE THAN THIS INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING APPLICATION.![]()
